Method- FOR THE RIM
- Apply honey along the rim of a glass. Dip the glass rim gently in a plate containing castor sugar. dust off the excess sugar. Keep aside
- Blend betel leaves, gulkand, elachi powder, saunf powder, ¼ cup cold water, Strain.
- Pour khus syrup in sugar rimmed glasses. Add crush ice and pour betel leaves strained mixture. Carefully put a scoop of ice cream and fill the glass with the aerated lemon drink (limca).
- serve immediately
